What does the browser extension do?
It puts a Ponderly button on your toolbar. Clicking it opens a small window with a record button — tap to record, watch the live waveform, tap to stop, and the entry transcribes and saves to your account. It's the same journal you use at ponderly.co.
Do I need an account?
Yes — sign in with Google. Your entries are stored in your account so they're available on all your devices. Sign in once on the site and the extension window is signed in too.
The microphone isn't working.
The first time you record, your browser asks for microphone permission — choose Allow. If you dismissed it, click the padlock/site icon in the address bar and enable the microphone for ponderly.co, then try again.
How do I back up or delete my entries?
In the app, open Settings → Your data to export a JSON copy any time, or delete individual entries from the timeline. To delete your whole account, email us.
